Explanation on the protection of personal data<\/h3>\n
The NGO Reality Mission in Estonia, (hereinafter referred to as the NGO RME) is committed to protecting the rights of individuals and ensuring the security of personal data in accordance with EU data protection requirements as required by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In this document, we explain how NPO RME collects, uses and stores personal information.<\/span>\u00a0\n

Principles of processing personal data<\/h3>\n

We process personal data on the basis of the following principles:<\/p>\n

\u2013 where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at the request of the data subject.<\/p>\n

\u2013 where the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, for example in connection with the Accounting Act.<\/p>\n

\u2013 if the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest of the NGO RME, such as sending newsletters, checking credit or providing other effective cooperation and services.<\/p>\n

Reality Mission in Estonia NPO is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Retention<\/h3>\n

We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the activities mentioned below:<\/p>\n

\u2013 if we have an active customer relationship with the data subject, we will retain personal data until the end of the customer relationship, in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless there is a need for long-term storage.<\/p>\n

\u2013 if the data subject has given consent to the participation of MT\u00dc RME or volunteering, we will retain the personal data until the data subject withdraws the consent.<\/p>\n

Rights of the data subject<\/h3>\n

The data subject has the right whenever:<\/p>\n

\u2013 receive information about the processing of
your personal data\u2013 to request the correction of inaccuracies and errors in your personal data and the supplementation of
your personal data \u2013 to object to the processing of your personal data for a personal reason<\/p>\n

\u2013 receive your personal data
in electronic form \u2013 to request restriction of the processing of your personal data<\/p>\n

Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority or with the supervisory authority of the Member State of the European Union where the data subject has his or her place of residence or place of work, if the data subject considers that his or her personal data have not been processed in accordance with data protection legislation.<\/p>\n

The transfer of personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area is based on the applicable legislation on the processing of personal data and is carried out in accordance with these legal acts.<\/p>\n

PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MT\u00dc Reaalsuse Misjon Eestis processes the personal data provided by the Customer in accordance with the requirements established in the European Union and
national legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The controller of the customer's personal data is MT\u00dc Reaalsuse Misjon Eestis, registry code 80171448
address Raudtee 9, Paide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal data to be processed is the data that is requested from the Customer when registering an account and\/or
placing and executing an Order.
3.1 The personal data processed by Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Customer's first and last name, username, contact details (e-mail, phone number, address, user's language,
    etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Company details (name, address, registry code, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Order history and order information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Information about the services used and customer satisfaction, as well as data related to complaints;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All additional data provided by the Customer and necessary for the execution of the Order (except for
    sensitive personal data), incl. the company Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc has the right to store the Customer's orders given by all means
    of communication (e.g. telephone and computer network) in order to ensure the necessary operations related to
    the Orders (delivery address, contact details of the recipient of the Order, etc.).
    3.2 In addition to the personal data disclosed by the Customer, Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc has the right to check
    and, if necessary, supplement the Customer's personal data with data obtained from public sources and other lawfully
    accessible sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The main purposes of processing the client's personal data are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc is the controller of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance O\u00dc<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Receiving orders (incl. forwarding information related to the Order);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fulfillment of obligations assumed to the Customer regarding the delivery of its products and the provision of services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Delivery of products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Communicating with the client and forwarding to him offers of products and services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • ensuring the fulfillment of the Client's payment obligations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Management and analysis of customer bases in order to improve the availability
      and quality of services and products and to make personal offers to the Customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If the Customer has expressed a wish to receive newsletters and\/or personal
      offers from Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc, the Customer has the right to unsubscribe from them at any time by sending a corresponding notice to the e-mail address
      info@kingistuudio.eu or by clicking on the corresponding link next to each newsletter.
      5.1 Notices related to the performance of the Contract (e.g.
      a reminder to perform an obligation arising from the Contract) shall not be considered advertising and offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc does not transfer the customer's personal data to third parties, except for:
      6.1 in the cases provided by law;
      6.2. to the company providing transport services to the extent necessary for the delivery of the Products to the Customer
      ;
      6.3. Companies offering Payment Solutions to the extent necessary to pay for
      the Products;
      6.4. Debt collection service providers and payment default registers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the cases provided for in clauses 6.2 and 6.3., the Customer's personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Order
      , and authorized processors ensure the same protection of personal data as Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cookies are used on the websites of Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc. A cookie is a small text file that
      is automatically saved by a web browser on the device used by the customer.
      We use the following cookies:
      8.1. Session cookies, the purpose of which is to enable the use of the service;
      8.2. Persistent cookies, the purpose of which is to remember the customer's choices on the websites of Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc

      8.3. First-party and \/ or third-party cookies, the purpose of which is to show the customer relevant
      advertising, offers and improve the user experience of the client's website;
      8.4. Third-party analytics cookies aimed at optimizing marketing communications.
      The user has the right to refuse to save cookies on the computer. If desired, the user
      must change the settings of their web browser.
      When blocking cookies, the user must take into account that not all functions of the website may be available to the user anymore

      Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc takes all precautions (both technical and physical
      ) to protect the customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have
      access to modify and process the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Each user account holder is responsible for the security and correctness of their account information. Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc does not assume any responsibility for the fact that the user account data reaches third parties through the account owner
      . The Customer of Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc is also obliged to immediately notify
      if the person responsible and\/or authorized to place the Order changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By starting to use the websites of Vaimulik Varandus O\u00dc or creating a
      user account in online environments, the Customer has read and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Company
      reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy, if necessary, by notifying all
      Customers who have a user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The customer has the right to access their personal data at any time and to request their correction or
